All athlete members participating in Junior Olympics must complete Birth Date Verification.This is a ONE-TIME process completed online through your USAWP account.

You MUST have Next Level Water Polo listed as your Affiliated club on your USAWP account to participate. Please log into your account and verify you are listed with Next Level WPC
Age Eligibility
A player's age division is determined by the athlete's age on August 1st of the year in which the tournament is being held.
Example 1: If a player is 14 years old on August 1, they are eligible to compete in the 14&U division. If an athlete turns 15 on July 31, his/her age is 15 on August 1st and is therefore no longer eligible for the 14&U division. They are, however, able to participate in the 16&U division.
Example 2: If a player turns 15 on August 1, his/her age is 15 on August 1st and is therefore no longer eligible for the 14&U division. They are, however, able to participate in the 16&U division.
Team Transportation WILL be provided this tournament, however all athletes are responsible for getting to Texas on their own. We are able to give athletes a ride from the Airport to the Hotel upon arrival. Through the weekend, athletes will be transported in a Team Van / Parent Car. Any athletes traveling with their families are welcome to travel to and from games, meals, etc together but are still expected to stay with the team in the Hotel.

Team Housing WILL be provided for this tournament. The team will stay together at The Westin Hotel. Athlete Rooms will be booked in advance following Trip Payments. The Booking link is also available for any parents interested accessing our discounted rates, but all Athletes will be staying together!

Wed July 31st: Plan on arriving midday to Dallas. Athletes requiring a ride from the Airport will meet and be transported to the Hotel in a Team Van. After Checking in, we will go to the JO's EXPO.
- Parents traveling with athletes are welcome to meet us at the Team Hotel / EXPO.
- Plan on arriving by 2pm at the latest. Team Van will leave the airport at TBD

Thurs Aug 1st - Sun Aug 4th: Competition Begins. Our schedule from this point on is TBD based on Game Times.
- Athletes will travel together throughout the weekend in a Team Van/Parent Car.
- Team Meals are planned in advance for each group. All athlete meals are included.

Sun Aug 4th: Plan on leaving in the late afternoon (after 5pm) After our last game, the Team will be transported back to lunch, the airport, then fly home.
What time do we need to arrive to the Texas?
Plan on arriving midday to Dallas Fort Worth airport. Coaches will arrive early, pickup the team vans, and transport athletes to the hotel together. We will coordinate pickup of all athletes in advance.​

What do we need to wear?
Athletes will receive team gear upon arrival. Plan on wearing your Team Speedo & Team Shirt on Day 1 for Competition!

Do I need to bring my USAWP ID?
NO! As long as your USAWP Account has a picture uploaded, you do not need to bring any form of identification

Is Food provided?
Yes, Snacks & Water will be available between games.
​
What do Athletes need to bring?
Athletes should have their Team Suit, Team T Shirt, Goggles, Towel, Sunscreen, Refillable Water Bottle, and any snacks they'd like to have between games! Feel free to bring any other Team Gear for other days of Tournament Play!

I don't have a Ride, but still want to go. How can we still participate?
NO PROBLEM! Send a message in the Team Group Chat and other parents are happy to help coordinate rides/carpools!
