ATTENDING COMPETITION

The Water Pollos will compete at the following tournaments below. We encourage everyone to compete in as many as possible! Competition helps our athletes apply the things we practice and develop quickly!

If there are events that are not below, we encourage everyone to compete with other teams to receive different coaching styles, build friendships with other athletes, and improve as an individual. The more you play, the better you will get! Contact ANY of our staff to help get contact info for other teams we think could be a good fit for you to play with!

Please Note: If we are attending an event, we expect all athletes to be competing with our team. The following dates are listed below to help everyone plan ahead and maximize our attendance. There is no team without YOU!

HOW IT WORKS

Competing at a Tournament with our team is an additional cost. Tournament Fees go towards covering our Team's Entry Fee to the Event, Coaches (Game Pay, Hotel, & Gas), & Team Snacks between games.

We divide the total cost by the amount of athletes attending, and that our Tournament Entry Fee. To play, parents must enter athletes into each event by the associated deadline to join by clicking the RSVP button on each page.

Following each deadline, we will share final costs with everyone attending and collect.

The only other requirement to participate in tournaments is a valid USAWP Membership! Athletes need a Bronze membership, which can be purchased HERE! Please talk to your coach if you have any questions about signing up with USA Water Polo.

HOTEL / AIRBNB

Any event we attend will have a Team Room block available. These are discounted rates we receive to help keep everyone together while keeping costs low for the group as much as possible.

We will communicate in advance if we plan on having Athlete Rooms/Airbnb for the team to stay together (Typically JO's / Out-of-State Competition) however when we travel it is your responsibility to cover hotel/airbnb accommodations on your own.

Staying at the Team Hotel is NOT mandatory, but highly recommended.
