What time is Drop Off & Pick Up?

All Campers must be dropped of between 8:30-8:45am & can be picked up between 3:15 - 3:30pm

What happens in the case of Inclement Weather?

The Carrollwood Country Club has an interior activity room which will be used in the event that weather does not allow us to be outside.

Camp will ALWAYS run 8:30am - 3:30pm Rain or Shine. (The only situation parents will be called for early pick up is if weather will impact for than 50% of the day's activities)

What Age Groups is this Camp available to?

Summer Camp is open to any Male/Female Athletes between the age of 9 - 17yrs old. Limited Space Available!

What Activities can Campers expect to do through the Day?

Athletes will  have access to the Pool, Adjacent grass fields, & Interior activity room throughout the day. Team Activities have been planned so all participants will be staying active with things to do all day long!

9:00am - 10:00am Grass Field
10:00am - 12:00pm Pool Time
12:00-12:40 Lunch Indoors
12:45pm - 3pm Pool Time
3:00pm - 3:15pm Camper Pick Up

Will Food be Provided?

Snacks will be provided, however campers are asked to bring a bag lunch for midday break. We have access to a fridge on site and will be have snacks for all athletes daily. Lunchboxes can be refrigerated throughout the day and remain easily accessible. Feel free to bring any food/snacks!

How do I Sign Up?

To participate, click the registration button under the Session you'd like to join.

Submit a Summer Camp Questionnaire, Complete the liability waiver, send payment, and you're all set!

Are there any other Requirements?

Yes. All Parents must sign a Liability Waiver on their 1st day of Camp and before any travel for activity days. These will be provided on your 1st day of camp to save you time down the line! Additionally all campers must be Picked up by a registered Guardian unless otherwise communicated.
